Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gazi Enterprises, we value our clients and strive to ensure smooth and reliable transactions. This policy explains the terms for cancellations, refunds, and claims related to our products.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders once processed and confirmed cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests made before processing/dispatch may be considered at our discretion, depending on the product category and status of the order.
In case of cancellation before processing, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative charges.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or not as per order specifications.
Goods are lost during transit and verified by the shipping provider.
A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proper documentation (invoice, photographs, and supporting proof).

Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days after verification, through the same payment method used for the order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Delays caused by customs clearance or import regulations in the buyer’s country.
Incorrect information provided by the buyer (such as shipping address or import documentation).
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Cancellations requested after the order has already been shipped.

4. Replacement Policy

In some cases, instead of refunds, we may provide a replacement shipment if agreed upon by both parties.
Replacements will depend on product availability and shipping feasibility.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is verified as a fault from our side.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
