5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on shipping method, customs clearance, and destination country.

  • Risk of goods passes to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility/port.

6. Customs & Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, tariffs, and local taxes in their country.

  • We will provide necessary export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to assist in smooth customs clearance.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after processing.

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of verified product defects or damage during transit.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with photographic evidence and supporting documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Gazi Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, or other events beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage.

9. Intellectual Property
